50-55 minute classes provide an intense workout that consists of intervals of strength and cardiovascular training. Each day of the week puts focus on a particular muscle group; ending with Friday as a full body workout. Our instructors all have their own spin on each of the classes and like to mix up the workouts each week. With great music and great energy our instructors are here to push you to your limits and give you the motivation you need.

Strength & Conditioning

Descritption

An hour of Strength & conditioning. Upper and Lower body strength training workouts focusing on complex movements.  Expect circuits to be high intensity with  heavy weights. Each participant works at their pace for 12 to 15 min circuit.

Power Scult

Descritption

An hour of muscle toning and fat burning. Total body strength training, little-to-no cardio or impact. Each participant works at their own station with a set of weights, bar, and bench.

Core & More

Descritption

 Total body strength training using a complete arsenal of equipment. Tools such as the Stability Balls, BOSUs, Resistance Bands, Dumbbells and Barbells. Work the entire body with emphasis on core strength, balance, and stability.An hour of muscle toning and fat burning.

Body Circuit

Descritption

Cardio Circuit combines moderate to high intensity resistance and cardiovascular training in a fun and efficient circuit format. Each exercise is performed in sequence for a specific number of repetitions or period of time with short rest breaks in between exercises. Complete your daily cardio and strength requirements in one hour with this hybrid class!

Body Blast

Descritption

This class is designed to encourage mobility while keeping your heart pumping and your body strong. 55 min of high intensity cardio combined with light weight dumbbells and body weight movements for a total body workout.
