Fees

Our childcare fee is $7 per hour or you can purchase a 10-hour "Care Pass" for $60.

We know how tough it can be to try and fit in a workout during your day. For parents, time is even more of a rare commodity—and even if time can be found, what do you do with the kids?

Bring them with you!

FORM Fitness has a sun-lit room filled with toys, games, and videos to entertain and educate children too young to join our Kid's Classes. Under the watchful eye of adult supervision, children play while parents can take classes, train with an instructor, or workout on our machines.

Bring your kids and start teaching them the importance of making time for health and wellness.
