Form Fitness has expanded the traditional slow paced hydraulic resistance machine and bodyweight exercises developed basically for women & seniors to include elastic bands; dumbbell work & weight stack machine exercises along with treadmill cardio. Not only does this give one more all-around body performance but breaks the inherent weaknesses of the simple low resistant slow moving humdrum program as moving from hydraulic machine to hydraulic machine. Our Senior Circuit Class adds more variety and interest than most other gyms offer.
