Training Background:

I received a BS and MA in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Fresno State. I am certified by AFAA and have 18 years experience teaching group exercise. Currently I am working as a Physical Therapy Aide

 

Philosophy:

Training should incorporate all five components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition.

 

Hobby/Interest:

Working out, hiking with my husband, watching my kids play sports, playing cards, gardening, cooking and working on my family's genealogy.

 

Favorite Food:

Anything sweet!

Training Background:

Received my a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology through Vanguard University and Personal Trainer Certification through NASM.

 

Philosophy:

I know that health and fitness can be challenging and intimidating. My biggest passion is educating people about misconceptions within the fitness world and showing them ways to change their lifestyle that will help them to feel better, look better, and live better. My role as a Personal Trainer is to work side-by-side with people to help them reach their goals, no matter what they may be!

Hobby/Interest:

 I love hiking, hockey, country music, dogs, and spending time with family.

Any and all types of barbecue!
