Our commitment to Cycling brings to you benefits beyond what any other gym can offer. Our Cycling coaches live what they preach. They are all Cyclists who train and race throughout California. Our coaches will build a custom program for each individual or group along with early morning group and weekend rides which will allow you to have a better understanding of your bike and the sport of Cycling. You will surely be able to meet your goal of becoming a Cyclist or train like one?
Check our schedule for outdoor rides every summer!
Most people fantasize about doing a Triathlon. The problem, where do you start? What if you don’t know how to swim or bike? Well, here is your chance to get trained in a friendly and supportive setting. Most of our Running and Cycling coaches mix up their season by racing a few Triathlons each year. We even have a few dedicated Triathletes who do nothing but race Tri’s. From a sprint Triathlon to the Ironman, we can help you live that dream. Now you have no excuses not to!
Monthly, Form Fitness offers a class on bicycle basics. Covering all aspects of your bike. From learning the components and their functions to actual hands on such as changing flats. Furthermore, this is a great opportunity for you to get a un-byes opinion on your bike and parts needs. After this class you will be able to focus on your training rather than worrying about flats or other mechanicals.
FORM offers special workshops along with guest speakers. These workshops will cover topics ranging from nutrition to Bike Manufacturers, worlds most renowned Doctor in Sport Medicine (my good friend Dr. Testa) to Vo2 testing. We will cover everything you wanted to know about health and fitness. It’s about time someone showed you what your heart rate zones are and what to do with that $300.00 heart rate monitor you got for Christmas.
Our Fitness CampsFORM Fitness camps & clubs are designed to help athletes of all levels and those who are interested in becoming one, achieve their fitness and athletic goals with proper training through a systematic program. These programs are designed and customized to be done in a group or as individuals. The program will take place over 6 months, broken down into 3 phases. Each phase will focus on different aspects of training which will result in all athletes following a set program to carry them to the start of next year in top form. The 6 month program will be broken down into 4 x 6 week cycles. You can sign-up for all four cycles at once (Dec 1 - April), or 1 cycle at a time before the start of that cycle. This is a great way to avoid gaining weight throughout the holidays and work on getting in better shape. Annual Races
