Young Athletes 2008
At FORM Fitness we believe that in every child there is limitless potential for growth, maturity, and greatness both on and off the playing field. During the fall we offer excellent classes during the evenings, such as Kick boxing, Cycling, Dynamic Flexibility and Boot Camp. Through our summer soccer, cycling, and kickboxing camps, we foster and explore this limitless potential. Use this summer to have your child take the next step in exploring their potential. Goals of Our Summer Program:
- The summer is a perfect opportunity for kids to make great strides in their athletic and personal development. It is our goal to take advantage of this time to build kid’s athleticism and prepare them for the coming school year.
- Many coaching programs today use a ‘farm-like’ approach where the needs of the individual are lost. It is our goal to attend to the individual while at the same time teaching children how to work as a team.
- Many athletic coaching programs forget that while athletics are competitive in nature, they are also a venue to learn valuable lessons about life. Fun, learning about life, and maturity are at the core of our training program.
- Our long term goal is to develop FORM Fitness Teams in soccer and cycling. We hope to develop long term relationships with our athletes, and through membership, provide them with access to our state-of-the art training facilities and coaching throughout the year. Through this type of long term athletic relationship, the true potential of a child can be developed.
Expected Results:
Participants in the FORM Fitness Summer Athletic Camps should expect the following results from attending a six week camp:
- Improved Athleticism and Fitness:
Each participant that applies themselves and works hard at the camps will experience great growth in
cardiovascular endurance, muscular development, speed, agility, general body awareness, and sport specific skills.
- Improved Mental Calmness:
While our programs will require hard work, we always strive for a balance between physical output and
mental calmness. It is through intelligent, calm effort that athletic potential is unleashed.
